The designer was responsible for initial brand development and maintenance at a healthcare startup based in Seoul. This included renewing the CI logo and managing the visual assets (dedicated colors, fonts, icons, product designs, etc.) of the entire brand, including sub-brands. The designer continuously updated and adjusted the brand manual to align with the brand's growth and philosophy. Additionally, they managed all areas related to design, such as media advertising, print advertising, website development, product and packaging design, as well as participation in domestic and international exhibitions and awards. From planning and practical design to production and delivery, the designer controlled the entire process and closely collaborated with partners and agencies to ensure smooth management of all brand development processes.
